Use the following steps to verify if a Gift Card or Coupon has been redeemed or not.

Click on Coupons in the left side rail

Click on GC/Coupons Usage

Enter in the Coupon Code or Gift Card number in the Coupon Code/Gift Card Number section

Click SEARCH

If the Coupon/GC has been used the Booking ID will appear in the details section below.

Click on the magnifying glass under Action and it will open the booking where the coupon was used.
